alpha Kappa Delta Phi, Inc., is the first, largest, and only international Asian-interest sorority with over 60 active chapters located across the US & Canada. aKDPhi was founded by 14 women dedicated to establishing a strong and lasting organization, which would provide Asian-American women the opportunity to participate in the Greek system. The founding sisters brought together a diverse group of women who shared with them the goals of sisterhood, scholarship, and leadership which has created the foundation for the organization’s purpose.

Kappa Delta Chi, Inc., was founded on April 6, 1987, at Texas Tech University. The organization is a Latina-founded yet not a Latina-exclusive multicultural sorority. The Gamma Eta chapter at the University of Kansas has dedicated itself to the four core values of Unity, Honesty, Integrity, and Leadership of all its members in their academic, professional, and personal lives.

Lambda Phi Epsilon is the largest international Asian-interest fraternity. The goal of the founders was to transcend the limitations faced by traditional Asian-interest organizations on campus. While these organizations were often split along lines of national origins, the founders sought an establishment that drew its membership equally from the different segments of the Asian American community.
